1. An introduction to breathwork and contraindications that mean you should breath differently
2. Checking in with one another before we start, if we like
3. Learn the Shifting for Presence & Connection practice for any time you want to context shift and be in the moment
4. Follow the Safety Resourcing & Anchoring practice for anytime you feel a sense of overwhelm, panic, or flashback
5. A simple Sensational Presence Practice for connecting your body and your mind and sensitizing to the wisdom of your body
6. Activating Heart Sensation Breathwork for igniting feeling in your chest even if you feel numb
7. Stream joy and compassion throughout your system with the Eight Directions Body Love-Filling Breath
8. To strengthen the feelings of love and emotion, we'll invite Sounding Sensations Play
9. Offer our heart what it needs with the Safety & Softness Intentions to the Heart practice
10. To move beyond our own experience and to an experience of interconnectedness, we'll explore the Universal Heart & Love Connection Breath Visualization
11. To build a loving and caring relationship with your body and hear, we'll go through a guided Chest Massage
12. We'll come to a close with the Integration & Aftercare Practice so you can reflect on your experience and know what you need moving into the rest of your day and week

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Daniela (she/they) is a trauma-informed, certified Sex and Intimacy Coach for couples and individuals. She is also a certified "Tantric Sex Coach," though she thinks it's more accurate to describe her as a Sacred Sexuality Coach inspired by tantric and taoist practices.

She started learning mindset and practices inspired by tantra and taoism in 2014 through Layla Martin, a white American woman, who was taught by Ma Ananda Sarita, a white English woman who for 17 years trained directly with Osho, an Indian guru. Her tantric practice is also informed by others like Lama Rod Owens, a Black queer Southern man formally trained in the Tibetan Buddhist and Tantric Buddhist lineage.

Named one of the ten best Sex and Intimacy Coaches of 2023 by DatingAdvice.com, she supports people to experience more sex and deeper connection with themselves and with their partner(s) without pushing, forcing, avoiding, or performing.

With a masters degree in Communication Studies and over twenty-four years of experience coaching people one-on-one and teaching in college classrooms and wellness spaces, she curates exercises and practices steeped in somatic attachment theory, neuroscience, embodied conflict resolution, trauma resolution, and modern psychology and inspired by tantric and taoist wisdom.

Daniela is a queer cisgendered woman raced as white born in the Bay Area as well as a biological and transnational adoptive parent of three.

She lives and works as an uninvited guest on occupied Ohlone land that’s currently known as San Jose, California in the United States.

For her, nothing is more important than connection.
