This is not a play party.
It’s a structured, supportive space to release shame, build strength, and feel more at home in your body.
You’re always welcome to wear what feels right for you. We invite participants to lean into the spirit of a naked yoga practice, as less clothing can help deepen the collective experience of presence, connection, and body acceptance in a safe space.
