All designated photo and video zones open. Time to create, play, and capture your moments.

No late entry after this time without prior approval.

8:00 PM – Party Ends

Wrap up, gather your things, and head out with your PAL.

🎉 ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Flash & Flesh is an immersive photo playground designed for creative expression, flirtation, and a little exhibitionist fun. Inspired by interactive pop-up museums and boudoir studios, this experience features a series of themed environments where guests can capture their own sultry photos and short videos.

Strike a pose, direct your own scene, or collaborate with friends and lovers as you explore curated spaces built for creativity and connection. Whether you're channeling glamorous boudoir energy, playful mischief, or cinematic seduction, these immersive sets invite you to step into the spotlight and create a moment worth remembering.

Each immersive zone will include:

📸 Styled Boudoir Sets – Curated backdrops and environments perfect for sultry photos or short films.

🎥 Designated Camera Areas – Photos and videos are only permitted in these clearly marked zones. You get a max of 30 minutes in each space, Scene Steward will keep track of time.

🛑 Consent & Safety Monitors – Each zone will have a monitor present aka “Scene Steward” to ensure filming stays within the designated area, within designated time and that everyone participating has consented.

🎬 Bring Your Own Device – All photos and videos must be taken on your personal device.

🤝 Collaborative Filming – You may film yourself, have someone in your group film for you, ask the Scene Steward to help capture a shot, or use a tripod (some will be provided, feel free to bring your own).

🔒 CONSENT & PRIVACY

To protect everyone’s privacy:

✔ All attendees must sign a Photo & Video Agreement agreeing to the photography guidelines.

✔ All attendees in a group photo or video must sign Group Recording Consent Form

✔ No filming or photographing anyone outside your group.

✔ You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your shot has explicitly consented.

✔ Photography and filming are strictly limited to the designated zones.

✔ No cameras anywhere else in the event space.

This setup allows people who enjoy creating sexy content to do so intentionally and consensually, while ensuring everyone else in the event can relax knowing their privacy is respected.

Whether you’re creating a sultry boudoir shot, a playful couples video, or a flirty group moment, these immersive sets are here to spark creativity and capture a little magic. ✨

✨ THE VIBE

Think boudoir studio meets immersive art installation meets playful party energy.

Come dressed to express yourself… lingerie, fetishwear, glamorous looks, or whatever makes you feel confident stepping into the frame.

Strike a pose. Capture the moment. Indulge the flash… and the flesh.

Flash & Flesh will take place across several areas of the venue. The Red Room will serve as the main social space where guests can mingle and where the bar and snack table will be located; photography and video are not permitted in this area. The Dungeon, Garden, and Gazebo will each feature designated photo and video zones along with areas for consensual play. Recording is only allowed within the clearly marked sets. The Cottage will be open for play but is a strictly no photo or video space to respect the privacy of those using it.

🍪 BAR AND SNACKS:

We do not sell nor serve alcohol. You are welcome to BYOB. Please drop off your bottles at the bar where a designated person will label and bottle-sit your bottles. When you want a drink, head back to your stored bottle, you must pour your own drinks (as per regulations), and return the bottle. Ice and a few mixers will be available, feel free to bring more. Kindly consume alcohol in a responsible manner and remember to bring your beverages with you when departing for the evening. In general we want to make sure that everyone is present and able to give consent - please stay in your body and be able to function at all times. We will supply a few snack and highly encourage you to bring a snack to add to the snack table. After so much play we will want some snacks!

Due to changes in the ticketing platform, a cancellation fee is now charged to process refunds. Because of this, refunds will no longer be offered.

We will be using the PAL SYSTEM - Please do not buy a ticket unless you have confirmed a PAL.

PAL SYSTEM: To help keep Flash & Flesh safe and consensual, we are adapting Mission Control’s PAL System. To attend, you MUST arrive & leave with a responsible partner, your “PAL” for the night. There's no need to be a couple, but you are both responsible for each other during the party. Can you have more than one PAL? Yes! Come as a group! Beyond the Rainbow Events is a welcoming and enjoyable environment to socialize, play, connect, and explore. Our events are sex-positive and kink focused. Do not linger unaccompanied in play spaces

• It’s fine to peek your head in a play space to see what’s going on

• Pay attention to people’s reactions to make sure they’re comfortable with the attention you’re giving them

• Sipping alcohol is okay, but don't get overly drunk

Do not take photos unless in designated areas

• No phones allowed in the cottage or red room
• Come out to the entrance area if you need to use yours
• Don’t name names or spread stories outside the party

SAFETY:

COVID: This event encourages vaccination and boosters. Each attendee must show at the door a negative result from a same-day rapid test For at-home tests, please name and date the test result card, and take a photo of the card to present at time of entry.

Please do not attend with any indication of having a fever, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms. A limited number of Covid Rapid tests will be available at the door for $15.
