CONSENT AT PLURA:
This workshop is part of the Consent Skillz education program. Plura is partnering with key consent and DEI educators to grow our community knowledge on how to respectfully engage on this platform.
This workshop is free to attend. You will find the recording of this workshop, along with the recordings of all past Plura consent workshops in our Consent Hub [https://heyplura.com/consent]
WORKSHOP INFO:
Description: A central component of our overall relational well-being—in terms of both our relationships with others and our relationship with ourselves—is agency. Navigating aspects of relationships such as boundaries, consent, and collaborative decision-making is not a passive process, but instead requires active and intentional engagement. In this workshop, we'll explore the nature and role of active agency in relational contexts, acquiring and reflecting on methods for cultivating and sustaining a more confident and secure relation to our own agency. Whether you've struggled with setting or maintaining boundaries in the past or you're a seasoned connoisseur of conscious consent looking to grow your practice, this workshop will provide tools and concepts for moving forward as we leave passivity behind.
