Free hugs at Love Long Beach

Are you going to the Love Long Beach Festival? Let’s meet up! Find me in the “Mystic guidance and healing” tent, past the wishing tree and yoga meadows, for some free hugs and a donation-based healing touch offering.

Healing touch is a way to ground, regulate your nervous system, and relieve pain or symptoms. If desired, it can include holding a point on the head, heart, shoulder, or back, along with guided visualization that helps uncover your healing power.

We can also use this chat to plan a meetup, tell each other which music stages we are at, or share recommended activities.

I love this event because it has an amazing location on the ocean, green spaces, hammocks to lounge in, kids area, food trucks with some healthy items, and just an overall great vibe.
