Dress code - please come casual or wear whatever makes you feel good, and be street legal. This is a conservative neighborhood. - if you decide to wear fetish wear, please arrive with a cover up. - no full nudity at this party, keep your bottoms/panties/underwear on.

Play? This is an open house. We don't mind if you want to do short, light scenes (spanking, bondage, flogging, tickling, etc.), to give the dungeon furniture a trial, but please nothing intense. No sex. No nudity.

The space is 3500 sf, and built out in Commercial Dungeon style. Not set up as a club. Some of the play spaces are set up with the idea that a very small number of people would be in the room. Please do not overcrowd the smaller play spaces. There is plenty of space in the larger common areas, which happens to better ventilated.

Search 'City Lot 642' - for a map to the parking lot. - We are located behind the main building, in the alleyway, right next to the parking lot.

This is an 18+ event, intended for Adults Only, no children. 

No pets (service animals okay.), no ESAs.

This is a public event, in a private space.

The building is old, with no wheelchair access. 

Admission is Free, however you are welcome to make a donation to cover the expenses of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Any left over donations will be put towards dungeon maintenance and upgrades.
