It's a chill space where we meditate together, share good vibes, and recharge for the week ahead. We'll meditate or practice a mindfulness exercise for 5-10 minutes and then debrief the process of dropping in and slowing down. No experience needed—just bring yourself and a comfy spot. Our group is run by a seasoned therapist, Jay Klyman AMFT #145060, who has over 5 years of experience supporting folks deepening their meditation and mindfulness practices. Jay specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled folks, and those struggling with substance use.
