Free Your Voice and Body Stories 9 month Training with Phoenix Song Feb 5 - Oct 22:
What do you want to birth in 2025? Free your voice and life by singing, sounding, and speaking your truth with confidence
Do you want deeper embodiment, a community of belonging and love, vocal confidence; more joy and play; creativity, empowerment, and a rewriting of your life narratives? This training program centers QTBIPOC, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA folks. It's half singing/music practices (spirit and freedom songs from around the world, rhythm work, vocal technique including belting, harmony, vocal improvisation, and sound healing) and half embodied expressive arts. Each month we focus on a different body part/chakra and express its stories through movement, drawing, writing, theater, and sound and give voice to its songs as we move from root (feet and legs) to crown (head and face). We culminate in final performance rituals where you are witnessed with love by your classmates. If you want belonging, intimacy, and joy in community, this training will be the medicine you've been seeking.
