Most funnels don’t fail because the tech is broken—they fail because the journey is unclear. In this 60–90 minute training, you’ll learn how to build a funnel that moves real people from “interested” to “I’m in,” without the guesswork, chaotic posting, or endless free content. We’ll break down the core funnel types that actually work for service providers and educators, how to match the right funnel to your offer, and the exact assets you need (and the ones you can skip). You’ll leave with a clear funnel map, messaging that matches each stage of the buyer journey, and a quick metrics checklist to diagnose what’s working and what needs tightening.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Choose 1 of 4 funnel types and map a complete buyer journey (lead → nurture → offer → follow-up) for one primary offer in 15 minutes using the Funnel Map Canvas.
  2. Identify at least 3 conversion leaks (traffic, opt-in, nurture, sales, or follow-up) and select one fix per leak using the Funnel Diagnostics checklist before the session ends.
