From Pressure to Pleasure: Reclaim Your Desire

  • Hosted by TurnON.love
  • 21 people on the list-

Pressure around sex is a common challenge so many of us face and it can transform an opportunity for connection and pleasure into a daunting and stress-inducing ordeal. Navigating performance anxiety, differences in libido or desires, and expectations that you should feel differently than you do can make enjoying intimacy feel inaccessible if not impossible.

.

Whether you're navigating a new romance or in a long-term relationship, addressing and alleviating this pressure is a crucial step toward feeling more connected with your body and your lover. Join intimacy coaches and educators Dr. Alison Ash and Sebastian Clarke of TurnON.love and learn how to reduce pressure so you can reclaim your authentic desire and feel empowered to move towards intimacy and pleasure.

.

In this experiential workshop, you will:

  • Uncover your sources of pressure and gain techniques to alleviate them on your own and with a partner

.

  • Learn how to embrace your needs, make space for your truth, and create a safe space for authentic and embodied exploration

.

  • Become more comfortable and confident having conversations that allow you to address pressure in a way that deepens intimacy

.

  • Cultivate your capacity to say no as a way of saying yes to something else and discover the array of ways intimacy can happen emotionally, physically and sexually

.

  • Understand the importance of emphasizing pleasure over performance and learn the skills to increase your capacity for giving and receiving in the bedroom

.

Through interactive exercises, insightful discussions, and expert guidance, you'll gain the knowledge and tools to reclaim your authentic desires, bridge the gap between pressure and pleasure, and experience more nourishing and empowering intimate experiences.

Testimonial

"We have tried so many things that haven’t worked and I can honestly say this was the profound reset for our relationship that I had started to question if it was even possible. I am so grateful to Dr. Aly and Seb for their assistance, humor, and thoughtfulness in the ways they made the material so accessible and applicable." - C. T.

In their coaching practice, they frequently work with couples in long term relationships who are struggling to keep the spark alive. Through offering experiential practices, they support these couples to find new ways of being in connection with each other.
