1. ​Create your profile by December 5
2. ​Matches go out starting December 1 - we'll send the last match by December 10
3. ​You have 10 days to mail your gift (more details on the mailing options below)

​​How It Works

​​1. It’s free to join.

There’s no cost to participate—just your time, your creativity, and the amount you choose to spend on your gift. This exchange is 100% community-powered.

​​2. Create your profile.

Write a detailed profile that paints a picture of your vibe: your interests, tastes, aesthetics, and what kind of gifts make you swoon. Decide if you’re open to receiving an adult gift, and if you are, fill out that section with what excites you. Be playful, honest, and descriptive...it helps your Secret Santa get inspired!

​​3. Get matched.

Gifting is randomly assigned. Once matches go out, you’ll receive your giftee’s info and have 10 days to mail your gift. Once it’s shipped, share the tracking number with us to confirm you’ve sent it. If you don’t send a gift within 10 days, you’ll be ineligible for future exchanges—community trust is part of the fun.

​​4. Send something tangible.

You must mail a physical gift. No money, no gift cards, no digital codes. Gifts should range between $1–$25 (before shipping). We encourage gifts that feel personal and intentional: handmade goods, art, crafted notes, sexy surprises, lightly loved treasures, or something from a local maker or small business. You can spend a little or a lot (within the limit)—it’s the thought and creativity that count.

​Participation Matters

​SSS runs on trust and follow-through. Please only sign up if you’re confident you can complete your SSS on the given timeline. When you join, someone out there will be putting care, time, and energy into crafting a gift just for you—and they deserve to know that energy will be reciprocated.

​If something comes up and you can’t participate, let us know right away so we can rematch your Santa. This is about connection, consent, and keeping our circle full of good energy (and gifts that actually arrive).

​​Share the Magic

​​When your gift arrives, snap a few photos to share with the community. Show off your wrapped box, your gift, or you enjoying it (if you’re feeling bold). We’ll share more details about this part in future newsletters!

​​Tips & Inspiration

1. ​​Keep your profile descriptive but mysterious—give your Santa something to go on, but leave room for interpretation and inspiration
2. ​​Handmade and heartfelt always win. Even a $5 gesture can feel luxe if it’s personal and playful.
3. ​​Adult gifts are welcome only if both people opt in. Keep it consensual and sexy.
4. ​​Consider supporting queer makers, indie artists, or small businesses when you shop.
5. ​Only invite friends you vouch for.
6. ​​And most importantly: have fun! This is about community, curiosity, and the joy of giving and receiving.

​Mailing Options

​To receive a gift, you can share a personal mailing address, PO Box, or other mailing address. We'll share it with your SS, and delete it once the campaign is over.

​If you don't feel comfortable sharing your mailing address with your Santa:

1. ​You can pick-up your gift from the Clubhouse before the end of the year.
2. ​The fwb elves can mail your gift to you if you cover the cost of shipping ($10).

​You'll be able to select how you want to receive your gift when creating your profile.
