WORKSHOP INFO:
Do you get stuck in your head worrying about your appearance, performance, orgasm, or just your overwhelming to-do list? Anxious thoughts make it difficult if not impossible to experience your full capacity for pleasure and are often at the root of many sexual challenges, including erectile dysfunction and anorgasmia. Learning how to get out of your head and into your body is essential for reducing anxiety and maximizing pleasure in both solo and shared sexual experiences. Join intimacy coach and educator Dr. Alison Ash for her experiential workshop Get Out of Your Head in Bed. Discover how to immerse in the sensations in your body and reconnect with your body as an instrument of pleasure. You'll learn how to overcome obstacles that prevent you from letting go and receiving pleasure. Explore how to co-create pleasure loops by using pleasure to build increasingly more pleasure.
