Rope isn’t just a skill - it’s a practice.

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll step back from patterns and frictions to explore how we approach learning rope. Together, we’ll dig into the tactical methods that make practice meaningful: identifying what you want out of rope, building a learning path around your "why," and getting the most out of classes, intensives, and private lessons. We’ll talk through common sticking points for students, strategies for better retention, and ways to set clear, sustainable goals so that your rope journey feels intentional and rewarding - not random or overwhelming.

You’ll Learn:

✅ How to identify your "why" for doing rope – and how to let it guide your learning

✅ Practical methods for practicing outside of class and tracking progress

✅ How to ask better questions, give and receive feedback, and maximize your time with instructors

✅ Tools for sustainable, curiosity-driven growth in your rope practice
