In this gentle group hypnosis journey, you’re invited to soften those patterns and come into deeper communion with the wisdom of your physical form. Honoring Your Temple is an opportunity to return home to your body with tenderness, curiosity, and reverence — to remember that your body is not just a vessel, but an ally and sacred guide on your healing path.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin by taking some time to explore the theme through conversation and self-inquiry, creating space to reflect on your relationship with your body. From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis journey designed to deepen your connection with your physical form — bringing awareness to sensation, attuning to the body’s messages, and offering love, presence, and gratitude for all it holds and does.

You’ll have the opportunity to soften judgment, release tension and resistance, and anchor into a more loving, grounded relationship with your body. We’ll close with a gentle integration period, energetic cleansing, and optional space for sharing.

- Comfortable clothing is recommended

- A limited number of blankets, backjacks, pillows and bolsters will be provided on a first come, first served basis

- Optional items to bring: yoga mat, journal, eye mask, any pillows/items to help you get more comfortable
