December Focus: Leather Floggers:

Do your research. Bring your ideas. Work together and ask questions. Bring your leather!

3. Plus we have a giant art studio so we can spread out on the floor. We will have a few tables available.

HANGOUT: Self Tie & Self Suspension

This gathering is for folks who already have experience with self-tying and self suspension, and who want to share knowledge, connect, and support each other’s safe growth. We’re building a space where self-suspenders can meet, swap ideas, and explore together. You will drive the vibe.

Available: Giant 10 Foot wide screen. So you can plug in that lap top and work together going through the different videos. Trying new things and growing together!

Bring your rope, your curiosity, and your experience — and let’s learn from each other in a relaxed, collaborative space. Where curious and adventurous community members can share knowledge, expand their repertory and build connections in the self suspension rope scene. All people and all bodies welcome.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bring: with 6-10 (+) hanks of suspension safe rope and rope shears.
2. 6+ months experience with Shibari and tying.
3. Can do basic ties such as single/double column with your eyes closed.
4. Wear clothing that is comfortable and safe for self tying. Leggings should be avoided since they are slippery and can make the rope shift.
5. Partial nudity allowed for rope purposes.
6. If you are dong FULL suspensions on yourself you must have passed the ISHI Rock test.

Available:

1. We will have 6 x 10' long bamboo beams for the class, and 2 rings. On each beam we can have 2 people.
2. For more difficult suspensions you will trade off with one safety person watching and 1 person suspending.
3. Water bottles, coffee, tea, and some snacks will be offered free of charge
4. We have many soft mats, and a limited number of tatami mats.
5. Emergency supplies will be on site in the form of safety shears and a first aid kit.
6. Photography will only be allowed for reference. When taking photos please always make sure no one else is in the frame. Do not take pictures of the instructors or other guests.

We have found that this is putting others at risk for their privacy. If you wish to use our location for such content please arrange a separate time with us. This must be done ahead of time.

Suspension: Suspensions are allowed after you have been fully vetted by one of our leadership. Each person must demonstrate mastery by suspending Ishi-Rock. A 50 pound rock.

Miscellaneous:

Nudity is allowed

Please ask for before shaking hands, hugging, touching other guests or their property

No sex allowed, no exchange of bodily fluids.

Put a towel under your booty before sitting on furniture if your booty is naked.

Be respectful towards other guests

Don't speak loudly and allow other guests a degree of intimacy

DON'T touch other people’s toys if you have not asked for and received permission.

PARKING: Do NOT park in any of the parking lots. They will TOW even if you have a handicap sign! Park on the streets. There is no 2-hour time limit on Sundays or after 7pm. Do not leave anything visible in your car.
