This isn’t a themed night or a high-pressure evening. It’s a space where you can ease in, catch a vibe, and let things unfold naturally. Talk to strangers. Reconnect with familiar faces. Follow your curiosities - and take your time.

• Some people will show up just to hang out and be around good energy.
• Some will come to flirt, meet new people, and see what sparks.
• Others will come with plans to play.

If you’re coming with someone, you’ll have space to explore together, or branch out and meet others if want to.

If you’re coming solo, you won’t be the only one.

Helix is intentionally social. An event that's easy to walk into, easy to start conversations, and open to whatever connections form along the way.

The Venue

This event will be held at Stopgap in San Francisco. The address will be provided to ticket holders for privacy and safety reasons. For planning purposes, it is in SOMA and a 10 minute walk from the UN Plaza/Civic Center BART station.

Tickets

If you have previously been to Stopgap, you may buy a walk-in ticket at the door otherwise you must buy a presale ticket. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle at the door.

Accessibility Notes

• The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and includes lockers, vendor areas, social spaces, play areas, and two bathrooms. The basement of the venue can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the event, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including rotating “party lights” for ambiance. Cell phones are prohibited from being used in the venue and must be stored; however, you may speak to a host about reasonable accommodations if needed for things such as continuous glucose monitoring.

COVID-19 Safety

We are not requiring proof of vaccination for this evening. If you are having symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or other infectious diseases please stay home and do not come to the space until you are better.
