About the Class

New to Domination and not sure where to start? While this class is technically listed as a 101, you will learn a lot more than just what basic terms means. Understand the breadth so that you can explore the things that interest you (or your partner) in depth. In addition to the understanding of how to go about BDSM you will also walk away with techniques and soft skills to start lightly exploring this with confidence so that you can dig deeper into your desired areas of interest.

Whether you've been doing this for a minute, are looking to progress beyond your submissive side, or you have no idea what all these collections of letters and slashes mean, we will use fun exercises to uncover our Dominant personas and how they may differ from one another as well as how we negotiate to understand what all parties need and want, not just one!

In this class you will learn...

1. How to find a dominant persona that still has YOU at its core instead of pretending to be something you're not
2. How to fall out of the common trope or instinct that Dominant = mean, intense, or pain
3. The role of novelty and how it can sometimes confuse us from what we actually enjoy
4. The FOUR types of motivations and how it can help influence us no matter what side of the slash we play on
5. How to ease into play, learn about your likes, and where to start as a beginner
6. Navigating party settings, ettiquette and how to approach or find partners/playmates
7. Keeping yourself safer and the common pitfalls newbies make
8. What a boundary means and what it is there to protect
9. Exploring as a single versus established partnership
12. ****This class is open to individuals of all genders and orientations interested in Domming, subbing, topping or bottoming from a dominant or submissive perspective****
14. Topping and bottoming will also be discussed as many dive into D/s without understanding difference between k*nk with and without power dynamics.
