Tools for Deepening Your Intimacy Kink

We will start our time together with a didactic overview of what somatic intelligence, non violent communication, mindfulness and positive psychology, can teach us about creating and deepening in intimate connection - with ourselves + others.

Then you’ll spend time working in pairs to put these tools into practice: responding to prompts, sharing positive reflections, engaging in active listening to start, then graduating into eye gazing, sync’d breathing and hugging.

Then we’ll circle up, to reflect and integrate; you’ll leave with concrete ways to bring what you’ve learned back into your life, and your relationships.

Come with a partner, or come solo.

About the instructor: As Founder of Equanimity Equation, Allie's work focuses at the intersection of experience design x inner work x community. She has facilitated hundreds of experiences, communicates with a digital community of 20,000+ people on a weekly basis, and has built a vibrant community of hundreds of single NY'ers who are thoughtfully approaching dating and relating. Allie holds a Master of Arts degree in psychology with an area of focus in spirituality from Columbia University.
