THERE ARE MANY kinds of power, used and unused, acknowledged or otherwise. The erotic is a resource within each of us that lies in a deeply female and spiritual plane, firmly rooted in the power of our unexpressed or unrecognized feeling. In order to perpetuate itself, every oppression must corrupt or distort those various sources of power within the culture of the oppressed that can provide energy for change. For women, this has meant a suppression of the erotic as a considered source of power and information within our lives. - Audre Lorde

Join Amani Will and Dominique Cowling for a juicy two hour exploration in the Redwood Forest of Ohlone Territory (Oakland,Ca). We will explore the power of erotic energy through open discussions, embodied practices, culture building, & rituals with nature.

We will explore the questions:

1. What is the erotic?
2. How are you experiencing it now? How would you like to experience it?
3. How does nature support your practice and understanding?
4. What revolutionary resources do you already work with?

This closed space is for those who are Pro-Black, Pro-Trans, Pro-Queer, Pro- Body Positive. To learn more about our sacred healing practices, visit innerequity.us/ and www.brownsugayogini.com. Please note we will be gathering outside in nature. We will have some comfort items but encourage you to bring your own.

This workshop will be offered at a sliding scale of $30-$50 per person. Please enter the amount you wish within that payment range.
