Humanist Gathering - Mental Resiliency

We're meeting at house "Harmony Place"!

898 Sawtelle Ave, San Diego, CA 92114

It's been said that "when the going gets tough, the tough get going" but how does one become tough? Meanwhile, the going has already gotten pretty damn tough, and it's clear that it's only going to get tougher, so this question has become vitally urgent. Fortunately, Aretéanism provides not just answers, but a path we can follow to rapidly develop our mental resiliency and become better prepared for the storms of life!

Come join us this week to learn more about the Aretéan Aim of Preparedness, and how to become the kind of person who's ready for anything- especially for what's coming! We'll also sing together as a community, have some great snacks, listen to inspiring messages, and best of all get to spend time with other people who are trying to be their best selves!

Our doors open at 12:30pm for some light food and socializing, and then our meeting starts promptly at 1pm.

We also have a more casual follow-on meeting after the main meeting. We'll discuss what Aretéanism is and how it is practiced in more technical detail; it's a great way to learn more about our organization and mission! Feel free to stay, or to show up separately for this meeting at 2:15pm if you're interested!
