Hush Now: A Quieter Rope Jam with Live Piano Serenade by Georgessal

We do love all the chatting and conversation that happens at our usual rope jams, AND, we have something different for this event. This one is for the audio-sensitive folks yearning for a quieter environment!

Join us May 31 2-5pm for Hush Now: A Quieter Rope Jam with Live Piano Serenade by Georgessal.

We will all participate intentionally in hushed tones, let the live music wash over us and our rope, and enjoy a calm environment together. There will be a gentle gong reminder to keep voices quieter.

If you love coming to our rope jams specifically for the socializing, please consider attending one of our monthly Easy Sundays or Tie by Night Rope Jams!

If you often find yourself distracted while tying by environmental noise, this event might be just the thing for you! We hope you will join us!

All levels welcome and encouraged to participate!

** Please keep in mind that there is no formal instruction offered at rope jams **

Doors are open from 2-3:30; please plan to arrive in that time window!

About George:

From the delicate touch of piano keys to the intricate art of rope, George loves exploring the beauty of expression through both music and shibari. Classically trained since the age of four and performing since six, he brings a deep emotional connection to his music — one that mirrors his approach to rope.

For George, shibari and piano are intertwined; both require precision, sensitivity, connection and an understanding of tension and release. Both evoke vulnerability, trust, and raw emotion. Whether on stage or in a scene, his goal remains the same: to create a moving experience that resonates beyond the moment.

At this rope jam, George will blend his two passions by providing a rich, evocative soundtrack to complement your artistic explorations in rope.
