All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, meaning that you are always in control of your experience. This workshop will briefly go over expectations with an experiential approach. Rachel will teach tangible tools like thought pattern interrupts to promote ways to feel relaxed internally despite what is going on in the external world. Her unique approach and vast skill set will empower participants to become curious about how their brain works and how they can change their brain and create new neural pathways. By attending this workshop, participants will learn how to write and utilize hypnotic suggestions to optimize their overall state. Rachel will utilize these suggestions to facilitate a unique relaxing group hypnosis to promote calm focused awareness.

Rachel does not diagnose neurosis of any kind and refers to issues as habits. Anything that is said with repetition, felt with repetition, experienced with repetition is a habit, this can also be referred to as a pattern. Noticing these patterns and desiring to curate new habits around how you want to be and feel in any situation creates congruency.

The brain runs on prediction and now that we have growing evidence that when we utilize mental rehearsal to change our brain by creating new neural pathways, we are putting up a prediction error and instead of doing what the brain normally does it has to reroute. Hypnosis can minimize the time it has to reroute to cultivate a new neural pathways by being facilitated to go into a relaxed state with certified hypnotist who specializes in neuro-science, integration, and subconscious coaching you can feel how good it feels and achieve what it is that you desire to achieve faster than what sports psychologists are providing for athletes! Game changer people!

State-Dependent learning studies show that in order to create neurological changes we must move out of the state that caused the stress and from this new space you will feel more open and receptive to ways to reduce your cortisol and promote calm. This is our resource and learning how to achieve this on your own you will be able to hypnotize yourself into doing well... anything!
