Dragon Academy is a transformational path of relational edgework. We train through practice and presence to meet ourselves and each other in the places we’ve been taught to avoid. Together, we unravel the Box of Self: inherited programming, protective adaptations, and performance strategies that once kept us safe, but now keep us small.

This May, Dragon Academy lands at Alchemy House in the Bay Area with guest facilitator Alex Gordon-Brander, who leans on 30 years of Taoist, Tantric, and Sufi teaching and practice to build embodied alchemical containers for deep work.

In this offering, we’ll weave Dragon Academy’s signature relational edgework, the Outer Dragon, with Alex’s energetic cultivation, the Inner Dragon. Expect a potent blend of stillness with movement, and containment with expression and emotion.
