An online drop-in group that occurs every first and third Wednesday, 6:30pm PST. Join for any date.
Do you long for deeper, more meaningful connection—both with others and with yourself? Ever wish conversations felt more alive, real, and heart-opening? Are you drawn to personal exploration—especially around parts of your personality that sometimes hinder your openness and authenticity?
In a world increasingly shaped by tech and AI, authentic human connection is more vital than ever. It nourishes our nervous systems, lights up our hearts, and shows us who we are.
In this group, we’ll harness two powerful human development “technologies” in a hybrid format.

Uncover and befriend social parts of your personality that at times may constrain connection. Practice skills that will help deepen and enliven relationships throughout your life.
The group will follow an Authentic Relating Games format, with most games incorporating IFS parts questions and short pauses to reflect on present-moment inner experience.

Rupali Shah: Rupali is the heart behind Creative-Authenticity.com, where she weaves together creativity, mindfulness, and deep inner work to guide people toward more connected, authentic lives. Her approach integrates Authentic Relating with other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga to help individuals move beyond performance and perfectionism, and into presence, self-trust, and genuine expression.
With a background in IFS level 2, Art Therapy, and contemplative practice, Rupali creates spaces where people can soften self-protection, meet their inner parts with compassion, and relate more openly—with themselves and others. She believes that when we listen deeply to our inner world, we create more honest, meaningful connections in the outer world.
Through workshops, coaching, and community experiences, she supports sensitive creatives, seekers, and leaders in aligning their expression with inner truth. Helping to find a path to wholeness, belonging, and healing through realness, resonance, and remembering who we truly are.
