Intimacy Through the Art of REPAIR - Intro Part 1 (Virtual)

Juicy relationships thrive on generative conflict.

Conflict, tough emotions, mistakes, and misunderstandings are part of every meaningful relationship.

  • Do unresolved conflicts weigh down your relationship?
  • Is trust something you wish you could rebuild and strengthen?
  • Do you lean in or lean out when conflict comes up?
  • How do you resource and hold steady during these waves?

The truth is, most of us were not taught communication skills that deepen intimacy even when we have conflict. This is what I call Generative Conflict.

Generative Conflict is when we can move through challenges that lead us to feel more intimately connected by understanding more about ourselves and each other. Rather than hoping our relationships will always be easy, we can learn the skills that bring us closer to the ones we love.

Meaningful relationships will inevitably experience challenges. The depth of our relationships is based on our ability to repair and learn from those bumps in the road. Unresolved hurts or conflicts leave intimate partners feeling disconnected and turned off.

In response, I’ve developed a powerful 6 step REPAIR process for you to learn the skills that turn ruptures into intimate connection.

Imagine a roadmap to harmony, a toolkit of resilience, and unwavering confidence. Discover the art of repairing conflicts, rebuilding trust, and reuniting in profound intimacy.

Through the REPAIR process generative conflict is reachable. Generative conflict, when done with curiosity, dignity, and care, can actually increase connection, trust, and intimacy.
