Are you seeking more aliveness in your body and a richer experience when you connect with others? Would you like to feel more equipped for conversations around intimacy and sexuality? Would you like to experience more depth, sensuality, pleasure and flow? Do you have a sense that there is more available for you?

If so, join other seekers for this educational, consent-based workshop that will help you begin to open to more intimacy, connection and pleasure.

Practices will include:

• Mindfulness meditation and body scan
• Movement, breath, and sound
• Communication models to express desire, boundaries and feedback
• Neo Tantra excercises to foster connection
• A brief intro to sensation play

This is NOT a dating event.

It is a chance to be more connected with yourself and others, learn new ways of relating, and to have some embodie practice in a safe, supportive environment.

All participants will stay clothed, and are invited to wear whatever feels most comfortable. While sexual energy/life force energy will be present and welcomed, any touch practices in this session will be limited to hands, arms and shoulders. If you have questions about this, please reach out.

The group will be limited to 10 people. People of all gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome. By the end of the night, each person will have partnered with everyone in the room for a practice. Age is 21+

CONSENT is key. If you are ever not comfortable with any aspect of a practice, say no and remove yourself. We will cover this at the start of the workshop.

The location is the Moon Sanctuary studio in Atwater Village. Address provided prior to the event.
