· Do you have COMMUNICATION CHALLENGES with family, neighbors, bosses, co-workers, etc?

· Do you have a hard time "holding on to yourself" with loved ones (i.e. can't say NO!...or speak up?)

Learn communication tools and philosophy to:

Translate our common default "finger pointing" language into the simple, yet POWERFUL

4 steps of NVC:

OBSERVING, FEELING, NEEDS, and then making respectful REQUESTS on behalf of those needs!

NOTE: PLEASE BRING YOUR CURRENT COMMUNICATION CHALLENGES as material to work on in class!

Since 2003, he has been dedicated to transformational work, helping individuals and couples elevate their lives and relationships through profound healing and growth.
