(A course in compassionate living)

In this course you will learn to:

• Be more aware of your deeper needs and the needs of all people so that you may find peace and resolution in conflict situations.
• Think and Communicate in terms of "needs", free of judgment.
• Use constructive and proven strategies to resolve conflict.
• Connect with your partner(s) by making compassionate requests that transcend disconnection.
• Discover the impact that tone plays in communication.
• Consciously move to a more compassionate state of being and avoid triggers.

What to Expect:

Transformational Empowerment Coach JJ Brawley will lead this proven successful curriculum based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg .

The training consists of 10 weekly two and a half-hour practice group sessions that will help you create more compassion in your relationships for a lifetime. Each weekly session includes readings, exercises and role plays in an online format.

This course will cover the fundamental concepts and skills of including "the NVC model," "empathy," "needs consciousness," and much more.

In the training we will focus on ways to use "connecting language" in the place of "judgment or habitual language" so you can move from disconnection and conflict to a place of connection and understanding.

The course will also focus on teaching you to discern the components of anger and judgment and you will learn tools to transform them into constructive forces. By practicing these strategies you will connect more deeply with yourself and others and you will engender harmony in yourself, and your household, and in the world.
