JourneyDance

## **Welcome to JourneyDance™ !**

Come join us for an unforgettable experience of self-discovery and movement exploration. JourneyDance™ is a transformative, somatic, embodied movement practice where you can let go, listen to your inner wisdom, express yourself freely, and connect with others through dance.

Think ecstatic dance + guided meditation + group ritual :)

The facilitator (isha) will guide you through the JourneyDance™ flow as you take an inward journey seeking self exploration and sacred belonging. This event is all about feeling the music, releasing stress, and having fun -- No dance experience required!

All are welcome (18+). Must register in advance (to get the location and doorcode, and also so I know how many folks are coming). I can't wait to move with you!

## Facilitator Bio:

Healing doesn’t require conformity — it asks for your full, authentic self.

isha (she/her) is a certified JourneyDance™ Facilitator, community organizer, and fiercely authentic guide devoted to holding space for Queer, Kinky, and post-religious folks ready to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their truth.

As a late-in-life, ex-Mormon, Pansexual-Poly-Slut, cis-woman, disabled-neurodivergent; isha brings lived experience, deep curiosity, and radical acceptance to everything she offers. Her facilitation style is spacious, bold, and affirming — inviting you to question everything you’ve been taught, while anchoring into the wisdom of your body.

isha recently stepped into this work and is passionate about supporting those who are new to movement or ready to try something different.

Whether you're exploring embodiment for the first time or returning to your body after years of disconnection, her classes offer space to belong.
