Femdoms; Femtops; lifestyle or pro; and experienced domestic service subs of any identity welcome. This Tea is not appropriate for inexperienced submissives. Limited space. Submissive spots will fill up then waitlist.

This event is invite-only, limited to the guests (and friends of friends) of trusted attendees, to ensure a safe, private space where everyone can connect and feel comfortable. Thanks for understanding!

Only a “Going” to the event RSVP will receive info to begin the vetting process.

Tea Itinerary:

10:30 Doors open (feel free to come early if you wish to change)

11:30 server/submissive arrivals. server orientation/tour; prepare serving trays; and negotiation card (if needed).

12:45-1:00 Femdom Guest Arrival. Dominant introductions.

1:15 Collaring servers kneel individually; introduce themselves; and receive their tea service collar.

1:45 Afternoon tea food service begins.

2:30 Femdom discussion, and servers may serve themselves.

3:00 Open play

5:00 uncollaring & stay if you are up for it, and if you need to takeoff, have a fantastic time wherever you are headed!

The ticket price is a combination between timed tiered and sliding scale

Price $45 til Thursday week before event midnight.(Vetting ends. Vetting must be completed before this day to attend this month’s Tea)

$55 til Thursday midnight before event then $65.

No refunds. Ticket link provided after vetting completed. No sales day of event.

Things to know:

Transportation/Accessibility.

Public Transportation.

Fruitvale Bart: 30 minute walk/11 minute bike ride.

AC Transit: 20, 21, 19,

Ferry: The ferry is lovely if you happen to be coming from SF. You might have to get a lyft/uber from the Alameda terminal, some bus services.

Parking. Street parking is available, but might have to walk a block. Please be mindful that driveways are small in this neighborhood. Please do not block any. If you need to park close, (bringing a lot of stuff or for whatever reason) please contact the house ahead of time, and W/we'll try our very best to make that happen. submissives when parking should park on a cross street in order to make closer parking spots available to Domme guests.

Front Steps Entrance: 4 Cement Steps. No Railings.

Back Steps to the Back Garden: 4 Steps Wood with treading; and a Railing

1 Bathroom. What the bathroom situation lacks in only having one and no locking door; the heated bidet is a delight to all. Please when exiting the bathroom leave the door ajar and don’t enter the bathroom if the door is closed.

Smoking area in the backyard.

Pets. Dog and kitties live here. The home will be cleaned the day of the event. Hepa filters will be running and windows will be open. The kitties are free range, might come in and out. Dog might have to come in and out on leash to go to the bathroom outside.

Scent Sensitivity. Soaps in the home have scent, home is not scent free. Strong body odor, sans deodorant, not appreciated. Good hygiene is a must.

Etiquette. Please refrain from participating in boner killing/vaginal drying, trauma dumping, discussions like: personal tragedies, politics, religion, war, cancer, etc. Please help us maintain the playful tone/environment of the event.

Play allowed, limited space, no specific designated space, and of course not guaranteed. No breath play. No scat play.

Photos. (Prior consent of all parties involved) Please be aware of what’s in the background.

Dress Code come in whatever you feel comfortable, but swimsuit areas should be covered outside (backyard and front porch.) At the Tea some Domme‘s wear fetish attire, or dress as if they’re going to brunch with friends, all styles are welcome.
