To make this as simple as possible, we'll use three frameworks:

- FEEL - How to Explore - Find, Educate, Engage, Learn

- PRICK - Personal Responsibility, Informed Consensual Kink

- SPREAD - Simple guide to discussions with your partner(s) - Sexuality, Pleasure, Relationship, Exploration, Assumptions, and Desires

Combination of presentation and interactive sections. Participants are welcome to just watch and are encouraged to participate if they would like (consent first).
