Kink can be a powerful tool for navigating stress and emotional overwhelm. Kink offers ways to regulate the nervous system, release tension, tap into hidden parts of ourselves, and feel held. In this session, we'll explore how to build an intentional practice that supports emotional well-being and creates space for grounding and soothing.
We’ll center curiosity, consent, and care as we explore what coping can look like when kink becomes part of your personal wellness practice.
Part 1 of a 2-part series ~ also see "Kink & Coping With Trauma" (3-5 PM, same date, same link below)
Please note that while a mental health professional is teaching this class, they are not a substitute for professional care. Additional mental health resources will be provided at the conclusion of each training.
