Trauma can fragment our sense of safety and control. Kink can offer pathways to healing through intentional power exchange, sensation, structure, and embodiment. In this session, @ThreeCircles offers a look at how kink can become a container for emotion, and how it can be used to foster feelings of safety and control. We will learn how to build sense with trauma-informed intention, navigate triggers with care, and build in aftercare that supports integration and wellness.
Survivors often carry wisdom about what they need—this space honors that. Whether you’re working through trauma yourself or supporting a partner who is, we’ll explore ways to make kink a conscious and affirming part of the healing process.

Please note that while a mental health professional is teaching this class, they are not a substitute for professional care. Additional mental health resources will be provided at the conclusion of each training.
