✨ About the Workshop

Knot Me Up: Connection in Rope invites you into a space of deep listening and embodied responsiveness — through rope.

Whether you arrive solo, with a partner, or in a polycule, this experience is about learning to attune — to yourself, your rope partner(s), the rope, and the moment. Through breath, movement, tension, and energetic awareness, you'll explore how to read signals, respond to shifts, and co-create connection.

This is not a step-by-step how-to. It’s a practice of presence.

🪢 What You’ll Learn & Experience

💫 Attunement Through Rope

Explore somatic tools and interactive exercises to sense, respond, and move in sync with others — whether tying or being tied.

🌀 Energetic Listening

Learn to tune into micro-signals through eye contact, breath, tension, and flow — rope becomes the medium for communication.

🪢 Embodied Rope Skills

We’ll guide foundational techniques that prioritize sensation, timing, and mutual awareness, culminating in a slightly more complex tie taught during the jam.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Rope Jam

After the workshop, drop into a co-creative jam space where you can practice with others, integrate what you’ve learned, or explore on your own. Facilitators will be present for gentle guidance.

This workshop welcomes:

1. Individuals, pairs, triads, and polycules
2. All experience levels (beginners encouraged!)
3. Rope tops, bottoms, switches, and the rope-curious

You do not need to come with a partner. Opportunities to partner and engage with others will be offered with full consent and comfort in mind.

Rope and somatic practices involve inherent risks including nerve compression, circulation restriction, emotional activation, or physical discomfort.

To reduce harm, we provide:

👀 Facilitator presence for support throughout
