Are you ready to deepen your rope experience through embodiment and mindfulness? Knot Me Up: Somatic Surrender invites both rope tops and bottoms into a meditative space designed to enhance connection, regulate your nervous system, and guide you toward profound surrender within your rope practice. Learn powerful somatic techniques to drop deeply into your body, enhance self-awareness, and create transformative rope scenes.

Meet your expert facilitators:

🔥 Rorpheus – A seasoned rope practitioner and martial artist, Rorpheus brings 10 years of rope experience combined with 15 years in martial arts. Their unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and rope ensures a structured, safe, and embodied experience.

🌿 Eden – A mentor, facilitator, DJ, and event curator, weaving embodiment, somatic, tantra, kink, and music into transformative experiences. As a trauma-informed somatic facilitator, yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, she guides others to regulate their nervous system, surrender deeply, and reclaim their wild, embodied power.

💫 What You'll Experience:

🌀 Somatic Techniques: Mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and somatic practices to deepen body awareness, grounding, and relaxation within rope.

🪢 Embodied Rope Skills: Practical rope techniques integrated with somatic awareness, emphasizing consent, communication, and connection between rope partners.

🧘‍♀ Guided Jam: After the workshop, participate in a jam designed to practice guided techniques or explore freely, deepening the insights gained during the workshop. Facilitators will be available for gentle guidance and support.
