Ceremonial Cacao + Kundalini Activation + Group Acupuncture

Join us for a heart-centered journey of energy activation, healing, and deep restoration.

We'll begin with ceremonial cacao infused with heart-opening allies like bobinsana, blue lotus, and kanna, enjoyed in community with nourishing GF/DF snacks, fruits, and nuts.

Then, dive into a 50-minute Kundalini kriya practice set to evocative EDM-inspired music, incorporating mudras, mantras, breathwork, and movement to honor the energy of Spring—supporting liver, heart, and gut healing.

Followed by a deeply restorative 50-minute extended savasana with group acupuncture led by Grace Killpack, LAc. This session gently accesses emotional and energetic blockages—such as grief, fear, or heartbreak—allowing Qi (life force) to flow freely for greater harmony and vitality.

Please bring: a yoga mat, eye mask, journal, pen, and any props like bolsters or blankets (limited extras available). Come with an open heart and spirit.

Your Practitioners:

Dr. Gracie Liu PharmD is gifted with a unique energy for creating sacred space in which humans can connect and elevate their hearts and destiny. Her yoga journey began when she was pregnant with her first daughter. After two pregnancies, she gained a lot of weight, pre-diabetes, heart palpitations, and post partum mood issues. Using yoga, certain supplements, running and healthy foods, many conditions reversed including heart issues, asthma, periodontal disease and mood. More importantly, Gracie lost 50 lbs of fat and gained muscle, resilience and strength. In addition to yoga, she is a regenerative medicine lecturer, practitioner, mentor, probiotic formulator and psychedelic medicine integration guide.
