Kundalini Yoga for Keeping You Steady On the Path.

Kundalini yoga is a powerful technology which we can use to break through limiting programs in the mind and anchor ourselves into our potential and power. In this workshop we will practice a kriya (yoga set) to relax and release fear. Bring your fear, anxiety, grief, frustration, anger (whatever it is!) to the mat and let it move!

We use the practice to allow ourselves to build inner resiliency and balance our nervous and physical system. This will be followed with a gong bath relaxation. We seal out our experience a deeper dive into the practice through a 22 minute meditation to create a new frequency in the mind. Clear your energy field, release what doesn't serve you and reconnect to your intuitive wisdom within.

Creator of Your Alchemy, Yael is a kundalini yoga teacher and practitioner, spiritual coach, dancer and visionary. Her mission is to connect people back to their potential and creative essence through curating spaces for transformation and energetic reclamation.

Yael hosts virtual and in-person events and programs for holistic healing, creative exploration, self-connection and expansion. The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga as well as movement and dance have been massive catalysts in her healing journey which she uses in her work. Her background is in global food systems and community development. She received her 220 hr Kundalini Yoga certification through Siri Rishi Kaur (Brooklyn, NY).
