Greetings passionate movers!

Are you interested in learning more about the healing and vitality giving movement practice of Qigong and you love to move your body to fun dance music?

If you are a "hell yes" to these questions and movement, music, and meditation are some of your main passions in life, then this movement class is for you!

Peter teaches a style of dance that incorporates the dance of the 5 elements and Qigong movements put together.

Qigong is moving meditation from China. For thousands of years people have captured the essence of these simple movements to maintain balance and to heal themselves mentally and physically. Qigong accelerates healing and has a positive clinically recognized effect on almost all physical symptoms. Qigong helps heal the physical body and release stress of the mind. By moving your body, releasing trigger points, and stimulating your circulatory system, you literally become your own massage therapist, while you simultaneously release negative emotions and memories that you no longer need and allow yourself to be much more present in your "now" allowing you to be your own psychiatrist at the same time!

Come learn how to build the foundation of being your own health advocate and enjoy emotional freedom and connection to all that is.

Next Yaw brings the beauty of Biodanza! It provides a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals to explore movement and self-expression.

Biodanza is suitable for all adults, regardless of fitness level or dance experience.

Biodanza emphasizes experiencing the present moment fully through movement and music. These "vivencias" can be joyful, intimate, and emotionally healing.
