In this workshop, Monique and Peter will help demystify this sacred terrain, offering tools, presence, and ritual to reconnect you with your own body’s wisdom. Through a blend of experiential exercises, live demonstrations and energetic practices, you will gain skills to confidently and reverently approach this tender, powerful work — for yourself or a beloved. The environment will be held with the utmost care and consent

• Presence-based techniques to awaken more sensation and connection

• How to honor your voice, your “yes,” and your “no” with love

• How touch (given with consent) can deepen trust, healing, and joy
