LGBTQIA+ Trauma Support Group

Now enrolling for a weekly Trauma Support Group for LGBTQIA+ Adults, online, every Wednesday 5:30 - 7:00pm. Fee is $50/session, with invoices available for insurance reimbursement. I will add additional cohorts if there is expressed interest, so please reach out even if you can't make that time.

This group offers a blend of existential, somatic and mindful approaches, with strong relational and community support. Members will work together to expand emotional tolerance, self-understanding, and relational connection.
