Do you desire an experience of deeper connection, some genuine laughter, and the magic of vulnerability? Love Lab is a beautiful experiment where we play connection games inspired by the Authentic Relating movement.

What to Expect

Love Lab is where a bunch of adventurous souls get together to experiment with Radical Connection.

My current definition of Radical Connection:

• it is what we crave
• to be known and loved for our authentic innards
• to share openly beyond the reach of shame and blame
• to have the skills to sustain love and grow it without end!

Join a facilitated space of open sharing and mutual caring. Expect a variety of connection experiences, inspired by the Authentic Relating movement .

Let’s laugh, feel, and love together as authentic humans.

Growing ourselves within a community container is not just an incredibly alive (and satisfying) way to spend time, it is also a powerful method for manifesting a world our hearts know is possible. It's Love Activism!

Love Lab is designed for those who are interested in stretching into vulnerability and increasing their self-awareness in a group with others committed to the same. You are welcome and encouraged to invite others.

Connection is only a genuine share away! Come be yourself.

Covid Policy

Show rapid test picture or test upon arrival before joining the group.

Schedule

2 - 6 pm, pacific. Doors open at 1:45 pm. Please come fed. We will have a potluck snack break.

$40 - 80, sliding scale based on your level of abundance.
