M9: Clothing Optional Yoga Nidra (Online)
Ever feel like you just need to hit the reset button? Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation that brings you to that in-between space- somewhere between awake and asleep- where your subconscious mind can truly unwind. It’s like a mini vacation for your nervous system, helping you de-stress, restore, and maybe even reboot.
Come join us for a unique and liberating experience that blends movement, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is designed to guide you through different layers of connection- with your body, your breath, and your inner stillness.
We begin with slower, more grounded movements, deep stretches, gentle holds, and mindful stillness. These movements help to calm the nervous system, allowing you to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.
Transitioning into yoga nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” This is a deeply restorative guided meditation that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where your body can rest, heal, and recharge.
You'll be lying down in a comfortable resting position, with optional props like blankets, bolsters, pillows, or eye pillows to help you sink even deeper into relaxation. There’s no movement or effort- just pure rest and release.
And yes, this is a clothing-optional space. That means you have the freedom to wear as much or as little as you like, in a supportive, respectful environment.
Registration closes:
• Online: 15 minutes before class
• In-person: 1 hour before class
Clothing Optional:
Most classes allow clothing-optional participation. (Unless stated in the class title).
Without clothes, many students sometimes experience fear because we are exposed, vulnerable and are challenged to be in front of other people. Many times there are moments when we are seen and heard by our classmates. Classes are intended to push our edges for growth in a judgment-free environment.
For men, erections may naturally arise- this is simply a part of being in a relaxed, open state. However, self-pleasure is not permitted, as we maintain a space of mutual respect, mindfulness, and shared intention.
All classes/workshops are for all genders. including trans. (Unless stated in the class title). I do not balance genders.
About Ronna:
After overcoming anxiety and stress-induced illness, I embarked on a journey of healing through dance, yoga, chakras, yoga nidra, hypnosis, tantra and other practices.
As a queer identified person, I enjoy helping men and women find and express energies of opposite traditional roles. Today, I blend it all to guide others in finding balance, bliss and self-healing.
Class Details:
* Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate (No experience required)
* Format: In-person or Zoom
* Items Recommended: Yoga mat, blocks, blankets, and headphones (if applicable)
Online Setup:
* Video must remain on during Zoom classes.
* Camera should show your full body with no filters or blurred backgrounds.
* Yoga space should allow space for your body shape to be horizontal while showing body sitting or laying down on your mat.
Policies:
* Age 18+ only
* Prohibited: Recording, self-touch, or disruptive behavior
* Refunds: No-shows are non-refundable. Full refunds require 24-hour notice.
* We begin class when all students have arrived. Please notify if you will be late (760-814-9444), Late arrival past 10 minutes without notice will not be admitted and considered a no-show.
* Liability: Participate at your own risk.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. If any policy is broken, cost of class/session is non-refundable.
