When jealousy appears in polyamory it can cause a rift, resulting in distance from your partners. It can range from feeling threatened and insecure to angry and afraid. It can even feel like panic or a gut punch, making you doubt if your relationships are going to last.
Managing Jealousy Collaboratively is designed to give you actionable tools you can use right away to navigate jealousy with grace and confidence, and use it as an opportunity to create a stronger bond. We explore how jealousy is related to attachment needs and why such strong feelings come up, even when we are on board mentally with what’s happening. Understanding jealousy as a relational issue - something that happens as a result of the actions of all people involved - creates the possibility to deal with jealousy from a place of connection and learning, rather than blame and disconnection so you can find your way through together.
This is for you if
You’re an anxious overthinker and polyamory feels like a lot sometimes
You compare yourself to your partner’s other partners
You have an anxious attachment style
You’re a people pleaser who loses themselves in relationships
You blame yourself for everything, or have a hard time setting boundaries
This event takes place LIVE online and includes a Q&A with Megan. There will be NO REPLAY available.
“Megan’s guidance helped me realize that my questions are deeply legitimate, especially after 25 years of monogamous relationships…She is not there to give ready-made advice, but to ask powerful questions that help you reconnect with your own inner answers. Her coaching supports the creation of solid foundations for loving relationships and for a more conscious relationship with yourself.” - Emilie
