Guided by the Mantra “We’re Not Okay, And That’s Okay”, Mental Health Comedy Hour is a show where comedians tell jokes before settling into more serious discussions about mental health. Part late night talk show part stand up comedy this show was co-founded by comedians Kristee Ono and Wonder Dave, we aim to destigmatize mental illness through genuine conversations and, of course, laughter. So, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just looking for a safe space to unwind, you're in the right place! This monthly show happens every 2nd Friday 8pm at All Out Comedy Theater in Oakland.
