Rediscover your inner warmth and quiet the inner critic in this restorative guided experience.

In a world that often feels rushed and divided, "Loving Kindness" (Metta) offers a powerful antidote. This session is designed to move you away from the noise of daily life and into a state of profound inner stillness and emotional ease.

Through gentle guided meditation and heart-centered reflection, you will explore the "peaceful pleasures" of nurturing goodwill—starting with yourself and radiating outward to those around you. This practice isn't just about sitting in silence; it’s about cultivating a mindset of compassion that can lower stress, increase your sense of connection, and leave you with a genuine feeling of "heart-opening" joy.

What to expect:

  • Warmth & Softness: A supportive environment to replace self-criticism with self-acceptance.
  • Deep Tranquility: Techniques to relax the nervous system and find calm.
  • Interconnectedness: A shift from isolation to a shared sense of universal goodwill.
  • Practical Tools: Simple phrases and affirmations to carry this peace into your daily interactions.

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or brand new to the practice, join us to reconnect with the best parts of yourself and the world.

Yoga Instructor, Tantra Coach and Kundalini Reiki practitioner Shakti invites you to experience a guided supportive body positive experience where people can unwind, release muscle tension, learn self massage, breath work, and restorative yoga poses for stress relief, all while opting to wear anything that suits their mode or the tone for the day.

Step into a warm, welcoming studio designed for deep relaxation, self-expression, and nervous system healing. This body-positive class borrows from aspects of yoga, myofacial release, accupressure massage, Thai massage, tantra, and dynamic meditation (shaking/dance), sound, and healing energy. In this space you are invited to unwind, release muscle tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Through guided breath work, gentle massage techniques, and easy restorative asanas (also known as yoga poses) supported by blocks and blankets, you’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress and soothe both body and mind. Expect slow pacing, extended holds, calming music, and compassionate instruction focused on a mindfully directed mixture of comfort, trust, connection, and autonomy.

About the facilitator:

Shakti has been studying yoga along with mythology, spirituality, philosophy, and psychology most of her life.

beginning intuitively with asanas at an early age, she was only able to assume that she was developing her own system of movement and stretching to help others to gain and maintain flexibility, mobility, strength, and agility.

About a year later she discovered "yoga".

It was on a PBS show called "Lillias, Yoga, and You".

In 2006 Shakti began studying Usui Reiki, studying through the Tokata lineage and then stumbled upon a more esoteric format, through seeking to do a healing trade with another person. The woman she met taught her Kundalini Reiki and over a prolongued period of time, through her help she reached the master level, enabling her to pass attunements and effectively teach Kundalini Reiki to others.

She now practices a and shares a synergy of Tantra, Kundalini Reiki, and Yoga practices that includes arts and massage with the intention to induce deep meditation, peaceful focus, enhanced levels of intimacy, and joy.

We often see yoga as a stretching and breathing practice that helps us to get better at meditation, to relieve us of stress, to help us lose weight, get stronger, be flexible, and stay youthful, or to train ourselves up to achieve really cool calisthenics maneuvers

... but yoga doesn't stop there.

Whe we examine it, we can see how much more nuanced it can be.

Yoga means UNION. Union of body and mind, union of movement and breath, union of individual and collective, and union of the observer and the observed. It has been esoterically understood that yoga includes all kinds of activities that exist as a means to help us accomplish the goals that support peaceful cessation of mental activity. Yoga fosters an overall state of peace and satisfaction that can support an ultimately excellent meditative state, or a refinement of overall being. The cultivation journey on th eightfold path of yoga translates as a delightful, warm, supportive, and emotionally healthy presence of clarity that deepens in richness and nuance every time one tastes its and final stage of indescribable ecstasy known as samadhi.
