Coach is bringing back a workshop he used to throw years ago! This workshop is designed to bring out your inner stripper.


WHAT TO EXPECT:


PART 1: WELCOME CIRCLE: Coach will facilitate a welcome circle as we introduce ourselves and share our intentions for the evening. He will also state some rules and reminders in order for everyone to feel safe and supported.


PART 2: BLINDFOLD UNDRESS (with a twist): Coach will lead everyone through a short, blindfolded meditation as we collectively release tension and heighten our sense of being. Participants will be encouraged to self-love, self-arouse and move their bodies to the music. Next, Coach will randomly partner you up as we gently continue to explore.


PART 3: LAP DANCE TUTORIAL: Coach will demo how to give and receive a lap dance. Some reminders when giving or receiving a lap dance are to respect boundaries, check in with your partner(s), adjust to comfort and don't overthink. Do away with shame and self-criticism and increase your ability to create joy and eroticism with Coach and his buddies!


PART 4: MUSICAL CHAIRS (Coach's version): We will be rotating and switching it up every couple of minutes so everyone gets a turn to give and receive pleasure. Coach will be playing DJ and float around as a consent guardian.


PART 5: NAKED DANCE PARTY! As always, Coach leaves plenty of time for freeform play. This is your time to free yourself however you'd like! Dance, b8, flop, goon, tease, hump and more. Keep in mind that the longer you edge, the more impactful the big O can be.
