If you find yourself constantly asking, "Where the hell are the queer women over 40?" Come meet your person at this trans-inclusive dating event! All while also making new friends. Get away from your screen and skip the "is there chemistry" question.

Are you 39 and want to attend? You are welcome to! Additionally, this February in honor of Black History Month, us Black folks get an extra discount to make it even easier to get out and come have fun!

What can you expect?

1. We will begin on time. Arrive as early as 6:30pm in order to be all set for our 7pm start.
2. We'll start the night with icebreakers to allow the entire group to get to know one another and feel comfortable and loose. The icebreakers will center around ways to get to know everyone in the room just that little bit better. All games will encourage playfulness and connection.
3. The night will then move into 1-1 dates. These dates will revolve around a unique activity to generate unique conversation. We also ask that you bring an item that you love (favorite book, poem, ring, etc.). This will be used for a few rounds of 1-1 matching.
4. Be aware: You may NOT have a 1-1 date with everyone in the room. Depending on how many people attend, it may not be possible for everyone to meet 1-1. This is why we include the group games in the beginning and the mixer at the end. Everyone will meet, whether in a group or 1-1.
5. A mixer at the end will allow folks to connect with those they didn't get to meet 1-1.

Remember: This is NOT a speed dating event where you sit and move from seat to seat all night like a cog being pushed along in a factory. We are intentional and seek to created deeper connections within the entire room.

Who is this event for?

1. This event is for women (whether cis or trans), nonbinary folks, GNC folks, & trans men who feel women's spaces work for them.

Will we be in the main bar area?

1. No, Talon Bar has a private event space downstairs that will be for our complete and private use. When you enter the bar, you'll see a neon sign that says: No Exit. Head down the stairs and you'll find us.
