Come disrobe, physically and metaphorically, in a safe, playful, and welcoming space.
Through games and exercises, explore your relationship with your body, remember the joy of nudity most of us had as children, and find more love for yourself as you are.
This is a NON-SEXUAL event. All feelings are welcome, but we won't be running sexual energy.
First and potentially only time this workshop will be offered in the Bay Area.
Event will be gender balanced.

FAQ:
What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating is a set of practices to cultivate deeper connection to ourselves and others. It encourages vulnerability, presence practice, and welcomes all emotional experiences true to participants. Games can vary from reverent to irreverent, comforting to confronting, and deep to courageous.
Who is this for?
Maybe you love AR, maybe you’ve never heard of it, maybe you already love your body completely, maybe you struggle to fully love your body - all are welcome and belong here.
Do I have to get naked?
We kindly ask that all participants be nude during this event. When clothed individuals interact with nude participants, it can unintentionally create discomfort or power imbalances. Promoting equity in this way helps foster an emotionally safe and respectful environment for everyone.
To support this intention, we will have brief warm up exercises, boundary setting, and then a communal disrobing process. This shared experience can help make the transition more easeful and cultivate a collective sense of safety and trust.
Emotional support will also be available throughout the event, participation is entirely voluntary, and you will be welcome to leave at any time if you choose.
Can I come late or leave early?
For the safety and flow of the whole container, you must be on time (we won’t allow late entries), and we ask you stay for the duration of the experience.
Will you gender balance?
Yes.
Is this a sexual container?
No.
What do I wear?
Honestly doesn’t matter too much, whatever you’re comfortable in, but we will be inviting clothes to come completely off (yes even underwear!).
