Practicing non-monogamy can feel surprisingly lonely, especially when you don’t have many places to process your experiences without judgment, comparison, or needing to explain yourself.
This cozy, lightly facilitated online gathering is an invitation to come out of isolation and into connection with others who get the terrain of open and non-monogamous relating.
Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive space to slow down, ground, and connect —without pressure to perform, overshare, or have it all figured out.
During our time together, you can expect:
A brief grounding somatic practice to help you arrive and settle
Two rounds of small breakout groups (3–4 people) with gentle, optional prompts
Honest, caring conversation with other non-monogamous relationship explorers
Space to share what’s alive for you—or simply listen and be present
Think of this as a cozy living room for your inner world: a place to reflect, feel less alone, and remember that wanting co-regulation and belonging doesn’t mean you’re “doing non-monogamy wrong”—it means you’re human.
You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right. Curiosity, kindness, and presence are enough.

A review from one of my recent community gatherings: "You always seem to gather such nice groups of people, and it was so good to be there. Very encouraging and inspiring sharing with others" 🥰
