Ready to mix a little pleasure with your paint? Join us for Nips and Sips—a cheeky, creative evening of canvas painting, playful flirtation, and sexy self-expression. This is a Nudes Drawing Nudes edition (fully optional), featuring live nude models posing in a series of short, dynamic positions. We’re blending live figure drawing + Keith Haring–inspired expression.

9:15pm - 9:30pm Showcase and Cleanup

Show off your masterpieces and then clean up your space and brushes.

This is not your average paint night. We’ll provide everything you need to unleash your inner artist: canvases, paints, brushes, wine, bubbly, and light snacks. You just bring your gorgeous self, a flirty outfit (or none at all—we’ve got aprons!), and an open mind.

Whether you’re flying solo, bringing a boo, or wrangling your whole polycule, Nips and Sips is a space to create, connect, and indulge your senses in a queer, body-positive, and consent-focused atmosphere. No artistic experience needed—just a willingness to get a little messy and a lot inspired.

✨ Please note: This is not a play party. This is a sexy vibe, not a sexy-time space. We're here to paint, sip, and mingle—not to hook up. Think playful and flirty, not full-on frisky.

🎨 FEATURED ARTIST: Keith Haring

Keith Haring (1958–1990) was a groundbreaking artist who emerged from the New York City street scene in the 1980s. He became known for his instantly recognizable style—bold black lines, simplified figures, and high-energy compositions that feel like they’re in constant motion.

Haring believed art should be for everyone, not just galleries or collectors. He started by drawing in subway stations with chalk, turning public space into his canvas and inviting everyday people into his world. His work blends playfulness with purpose, often exploring themes of love, sexuality, identity, power, and resistance.

As an openly gay man, Haring was also a powerful voice during the AIDS crisis, using his art to promote awareness, safe sex, and queer visibility at a time when it was deeply needed. His legacy lives on as a symbol of joy, activism, and unapologetic self-expression.

You’ll receive a canvas to explore, bold black lines, simplified figures, and high-energy compositions that feel like they’re in constant motion.

Flow of the experience:

🍹 Take a break socialize, sip, snack, and vibe

🎨 Come back and use your favorite sketches as inspiration to create a Haring-style painting. Translate bodies into bold lines, simplified forms, and expressive movement.

Artsy, flirty, lingerie, or go nude—aprons provided but how much they cover is up to you.

BAR AND SNACKS:

We do not sell nor serve alcohol. You are welcome to BYOB. Ice and a few mixers will be available, feel free to bring more. We will be providing a mocktail inspired by the art for the evening, feel free to bring something to spike it. Kindly consume alcohol in a responsible manner and remember to bring your beverages with you when departing for the evening. In general we want to make sure that everyone is present and able to give consent - please stay in your body and be able to function at all times. We will supply a few snack and welcome you to bring more.

JessJess (she/her) has been organizing and hosting a variety of events in the Bay Area for close to a decade. She has a strong belief in the power of connection, she thrives on fostering engagement, encouraging dialogue, and creating a welcoming inclusive atmosphere that brings people together. She runs Beyond the Rainbow Events! Beyond that role she is Bonobo Network’s Community Manager, one of the largest sex + communities rooted in real-world and virtual events where people learn together – and from one another. You can also find her as a regular host and house manager at Mission Control hosting events such as Peek, Threshold and Pink. These are just some of the communities JessJess works with, she is committed to creating spaces where everyone can feel valued, respected, and appreciated.

Quinn

Quinn (they/them), a key player and regular host with Beyond the Rainbow! Quinn isn't just your average host; they are a master of orchestrating experiences that leave a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to attend. At Mission Control, Quinn's presence as a remarkable host and upcoming house manager shines brightly, infusing events like Peek, Pink, and Threshold with boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm. Their tireless efforts have woven a tapestry of compassion, making our community stronger, brighter, and infinitely more vibrant!

On top of all the magic they bring to the community, JessJess and Quinn are both talented artists! With degrees in art, they bring creativity and a deep appreciation for aesthetics into everything they do. Quinn even taught art, sharing their passion and skill with students before turning their focus to crafting immersive experiences for adults. Whether they're designing a space, curating a vibe, or dreaming up an unforgettable event, their artistic roots are always showing—adding color, depth, and heart to every gathering.
